Is it possible different refs inherently focus on different things when calling fouls, and Kofi happens to do more of the things that Dorsey focuses on?

It’s definitely possible and my posting this wasn’t meant to be conspiratorial or sour grapes, but it begs the question. What is Dorsey seeing that no other ref in Kofi’s career sees?
