Regarding the Ukrainian Invasion

This statement applies to subreddits r/CG5 and r/JayForeman

Recently, the Russian Federation is currently invading Ukraine at the time of writing. Most people agree that what Russia has done is horrible, and many subreddits and their moderation teams have publicly expressed their support for Ukraine and the many people fighting for their freedom.

Me and my respective mod team do agree with the rest that Russia's leader has done atrocious actions, however we will prohibit discussion of the conflict in the subreddits aforementioned above.

This is because these subreddits are non-political, and are such no places to discuss politics in. Posts doing so will be removed under respective "no off-topic" rules.

There are many other posts and subreddits suitable for these, and if you truly want to help, please see this post for any charities you can send donations to.

We hope you understand the actions we've taken to reduce off-topic content within these subreddits to keep things in good order.
