Rotten Crystal Staff Bugged?
After finally finding the rotten crystal staff, I've done some testing and come to the sad conclusion.. It only applies rot off of physically hitting them with the staff. From my testing sword, crystal, and glitstone spells had 0 affect on rot buildup. Is it supposed to just apply rot as a staff bash or could it be bugged?

maybe its good with the art of war that spins the staff? i thought it was gimicky but it actually does good dmg
As far as I know it can't have AoW on it
