I really feel like enhanced perks as they are now were a mistake
I really dislike how enhanced perks have been rolled out. There implementation feels half baked at best and overall serve to make loot less intresting. Let me break down my problems with it.

No indication of what is enhanced or by how much. Does enhanced outlaw last longer? Give a larger reload buff? Both? Neither? No way in game to know. Similar resource commitments like upgrading armor are very clear about what you get out of it.

It makes all rolls on a craftable gun pointless. If a craftable gun drops and isn't pinnacle or deepsight there is no point keeping it since it can only have the bad vertion of perks. It's really lame that I don't have any reason to care about most of my raid drops now. It used to take completing a master raid to get a small, stat bump and more mod options but now you have to grind out deep sight just to get the good vertions of the perks.

This is the most subjective one but I just don't like perks having a good and bad vertion. I really wanted crafting to be a source of tweeking guns or long term bad luck protection but it ended up being a huge mandatory grind to make ideal rools even possible
If enhanced perks are going to stay I would really like bungie to add a way to enhance the perks on a non crafted gun and actually spell out what gets enhanced. I think weapon crafting could still be really cool but man did it end up just adding to the busy work instead of alleviating it.

They don’t change every text when they tweak numbers - many people already collected the exact numbers and the perks do exactly what is described
If you farm long enough you get the god roll - correct
Enhanced perks are only a small stat bump - and the reason for that is so that normal weapon are still viable
I don't need a number just some text saying what is done to the Perk at all
My problem is every single raid drop can't be a God roll. Raid encounters litteraly have zero chance to drop the roll I want ever is a problem. That feeling of getting one of the good rolls early from a raid is gone because the ideal roll can't ever drop
I think you're placing way to much significance on enhanced perks. They are minor improvements to the regular perks.
