I mean once you see the traps come out you need to back off.
Jax jump doesn't go through the CC, so like I don't know what he was thinking.

Think if he could q berserker without having to flash in range then maybe he can flash traps and kill (as a coinflip play, hoping tahm isn't in range). Once he flashes and traps are out he can't do anything, which I think is the point the comment you replied to is making. You're both correct and it's a dumb play anyway as tahm has nothing to do besides sit near Jinx and maybe vision control.
