Final Volcano manor quest help

So I am at the part where I need to kill "juno hoslow knight of blood" but hes all the way out in the mountains. am I just supposed to go through the city and make my way to him? I thought this questline was suppose to teleport me to Mogh or something. but after seeing where its taking me I don't think that's the case? or is Mogh a boss designed for later or something. Or there supposed to take me to Rykard I cant remember which one. either way im just trying to finish the Rya questline but wasn't sure where to go from here since the 3rd assassination is out in the mountains.
