Turned off keyboard lights but I still get a few lit keys (ASUS Zephyrus m15 GU502LW)

Turned off keyboard lights but I still get a few lit keys in red.
Already checked the Armory Crate and Aura Sync configuration and they seem ok.

Any fix? Is this a hardware problem?
