MyNeato app won't open

Starting yesterday when I click on the MyNeato App it starts to open and then returns to my phone's home screen and the app is not open in the background. It never fully opens when I select it.

I've tried turning my phone off and on again but that didn't help. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and that hasn't helped.

Is anyone else running into this issue? The new app had been working fine for me until yesterday.
