Look up if the wifi card, gpu and all that are known to work with your distro of choice. Nvidia cards for example wont work as well due to the closed source drivers often having problems on linux.
I highly recommend you get to know your hardware before installing linux, it'll rlly help you troubleshoot things when something doesn't work
I'm happy to say that you'll have no issues with that system other than maybe the Wi-Fi card. Even then, if there are issues with it, it's often a simple fix (for my MacBook Air 2013 it was one file). You should be AOK otherwise.

While Nvidia rightly gets shit for the closed source drivers and a poor attitude towards open source, the Linux drivers are decent and in my experience have always Just Worked.
Mine either, between random crashes and general sluggishness I hesitate to recommend Nvidia anymore just on the off chance that the person I'm building for switches to linux
I've never in the last 13 years had a problem with NVIDIA. Maybe distro choice? Dunno. AMD is preferred for FoSS friendly drivers, but if your distro is struggling with Nvidia, time for a better one.
That said, perhaps it's bleeding edge cards that don't work? My card is roughly 5 years old as of this year. Then yeah, AMD.

Thanks. I'm more worried about BIOS, UEFI and secure boot. The graphics is on-board so it's fine. I'll look up wifi.

I can't seem to find the specs or product page for the computer, nor the exact same motherboard!

That's good for you, my experience hasn't been nearly as fortunate
