Just got a call from some "Trading Education" company...

I'm in Ontario, Canada... I got a call from 226-***-4683, so I thought it might be a relative calling from a landline. I pick up and didn't say anything (my usual procedure, because if it's someone, they'll say, "Hello? Hello?") and the person called out my name. Of course, I thought it was someone I knew, but then she says she's calling from a "trading education platform" or something. I immediately asked her to take me off their calling list and she hung up.

Next, I wanted to report to Canada's "Do Not Call List" for violation, but when I phoned the number back to get a proper name for the organization, it said that the number was invalid!!!

What kinda scam is this?!?!
