Starlink user trackability in Ukraine - Real world discussion.

There is a lot of talk about how Starlink terminal users location could be tracked. From my understanding, it is well within developed nations ability to track down a user if considerable effort is put into it, but how realistic is that in the current Ukraine situation? Starlink uses phased array antennas, making the signal pretty weak unless you are directly in its path. Could a drone or AWACs style plane fly overhead and pick off the locations easily? Or would be it hard or impossible? Are the Starlink signals weak or quite strong?
