For a short period of time you can’t even wake up without seeing them on every show, advert or chat show then poof they’re gone as if they never were.

Examples: Tony slattery. Literally everywhere then vanished (he had a mental breakdown so possibly not the best example)

Mark benton. The scourge of early 2000s tv. Aka oh that bloke who was a bit fat.

Matthew Horne. The not corden one. Supernova’d then vanished.

I would mention Simon Dee as the original Icarus from the 60s but most won’t remember him.
