1st time setting up hydro

I’m moving to Ottawa the upcoming weekend, and submitted a request to hydro ottawa online.

I’ve never done this before (and I cannot find where to look online): what is the process of setting up hydro?

I know I am supposed to wait for them to get back to me to set up my account but what happens next? 😲 Does someone come in person in your move-in date? How long did it take you finish setting up your hydro?
