I keep getting nightmares where buffed guys punch me to death

I (m,18) am not strong and never have been, but I have never been lynched and much less by muscular guys (I even have friends who are gym bros). I don't know why but in the last few days I've getting A LOT of these dreams and I'm starting to get worried about it. What could they mean?
