I am so worried and have deep regrets about my surgery.

I mean this earnestly, look into therapy to help with the emotional roller coaster you will go through because it will be tough. Someone more knowledgeable than I will probably advise on your next steps, for now I'll say give it a few months to see if the tip will drop.

I honestly believe the surgeon should have advised against a rhinoplasty on this occasion.

Is This True: You need to be a full time student to live on campus?

If you are a senior and this is the last quarter you need to graduate there is a special graduating senior status you can apply for that should make you count as a full time student even if you are under the 12 unit mark. https://students.ucsd.edu/academics/enroll/special-enrollment/parttime-halftime-study/part-time-study.html
