The rent is $780 utilities are included. This property includes a private bedroom and a private bath. The property is 4x4 Shared Bedroom style, so you’ll have 3 other girls in the shared living experience. The room is bedroom B for reference. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and two sets of drawers. There is plenty of closet space, an in-unit laundry room, and a spacious room. We have moved the living room set up so it is not exactly as pictured. This would be perfect for someone who is taking summer classes and would like to be near campus.

• There are many amenities such as 3 pools, 2 gyms, tennis court, basketball courts, free printing, a clubhouse, computer lab, etc.
• Girls only
• The other girls living there super sweet and nice! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
