TIFU by not knowing what hemorrhoids are

More specifically, I didn’t know external hemorrhoids existed. I knew about internal hemorrhoids. Anyways, about as long as I can remember, I’ve had what I thought was just a skin tag roughly the size of a black bean right under my asshole. I would go away every once in a while, but I had it about 90-95% of the time. It never hurt or bothered me, so I thought nothing of it. Well, recently, it went away and came back again. I again thought nothing of it. This time it started to get a little bigger. I thought, “hey, that’s weird,” but didn’t do anything about it because like I said, it had never bothered me before. All of this neglect on my led to me now having what can only be described as a third testicle under my asshole. And now it HURTS. I can’t walk comfortably, bend over, or sit down. I finally looked it up only to discover…

TLDR; I have a massive hemorrhoid under my asshole because I’ve neglected smaller ones my whole life because I didn’t know what they were
