patch rules?

Hi all, genuine question as I don't know much about patch laws etc. I'm not a biker but I design clothes. I designed a piece that features a 3 piece back patch. Being a bit ignorant and not knowing the laws/rules I thought it should be fine. I've gotten a hell of a lot of love regarding this jacket but also a few thoughtful comments warning me to be careful of bikers. So I'm just wondering what's acceptable on the back of a leather jacket for a regular civilian? Have posted picture of said jacket for guidance and help. Honestly the last thing I would ever want to do is offend so would like some help and advice.

Is it acceptable for a member of regular Jo public to have a center back patch with individual lettering instead of the wording in a top patch?
