Getting really tired of seeing "they're probably on the spectrum" as a comment on every reddit post where someone is exhibiting inappropriate/rude/creepy/whatever behavior

That's it really. It just sucks to see that comment being highly upvoted all the time. I was just reading the comments on a TIFU post where a person was wildly creepy and inappropriate to his neighbors, and one of the more upvoted comment chains was basically "well he's almost certainly autistic because they don't understand social boundaries"

People don't know anything about autism but they love to armchair diagnose anyone they don't like
