Anyone else with super mild symptoms ?

Hello Mamas ! 5w6d FTM here.

Feeling a bit nervous because my symptoms are super mild. Had some mild cramping here and there and fatigue, but pretty much nothing else. Honestly wouldn’t know I was pregnant if not for the test. Feeling a little concerned. Anyone else having the same ?
