Airbnb= Cheat Code to FatFIRE

We have one airbnb up and running in Louisville, KY, all in $310k and it is on pace to gross $120k. We have three more Lake Houses we are turning as well. Over four homes and a website (grosses $80k yearly) we are already at $300k in passive income (pro forma) with four properties and only $92k HELOC is out (refinancing three of them). Pretty neat!
