AITA for playing Johnny Cash?

My (m25) Girlfriend (f22) invited herself and her friends into my apartment after they went out. We were sitting around just taking when the topic shifted to one of their grandparents dying and another girl nearly cried because she also lost a family member recently.

After comforting her little bit my Gf suggested I should play something on my guitar to lift the mood.

I started off playing "The Man comes around" from Johnny cash which made her friend go into a full blown panic attack.

My girlfriend and the rest of the group left after I refused to get out my own apartment. It's 2 days later and I haven't heard from them.
