Bleed is getting nerfed...isn't it?

My bad, "hemorrhage".

I'm a big fan of bleed as a concept (not a Katana weeb) and I would hate it if it got nerfed, but I am almost certain that is what will end up happening since it is very easy to be abused (in PvP)

What do you guys think?
