My (28f) bf(29m) family/random people are all grumpy?

My (28f) bf and family/random people are all grumpy as hell?

I think part of it is from the pandemic (which made a lot of people also go against each other), inflation, and just unhappy people.

I live in Canada and my bf sucks and can be abusive, my family can be haughty/have narcissistic qualities .

My mom and dad both came from broken homes with parents that were drunks and abused each other.

I feel like even when I go to the grocery store or am driving people are meaner and less impatient then they’ve ever been.

I’m just sitting here crying because I feel like I’m constantly surrounded by a**holes who are out for themselves.

I just want some advice or to feel like i’m not the only one who feels like this 😭
