Addiction to Porn?

I was wondering from other people's perspective,

At what point would you say you have a porn addiction?

1 or 2 times a day or is it when you just can't stop.

I'm trying to figure out because I want to treat myself but also don't want to go down a dark path.

I recently failed nofap and am on a break from it as I saw no results after 2 months. I just don't want to see woman as objects, I struggle with eye contact anyway but with woman it just gets worse and worse.

I use to struggle with my skin a lot but ever since I stopped no fap it got better which I thought was the opposite.

Would be nice to hear from other people who are more experienced.

Sorry if none of this makes sense, just loads of thoughts at the moment.
