Eye headaches

I used to have the first oculus rift and spent probably 1000 hours with it and never got a headache or eye strain. When I use my valve index, same thing; no headaches or eye strain. However it seems after only 5-10 minutes of using my quest 2 I get a headache and eye strain that can last up to a full day. Does anyone else have this issue?
