Somehow my eco preset got changed to 56° when I’m not at home. I have been poking around the app and googling for 25 minutes to try to figure out how to change the temp for the eco setting.
Can someone please point me in the right direction? I’m beyond frustrated haha.

With the nest app, select the thermostat, select settings (the gear symbol), "Eco Temperatures" in the Options section.
With the Google Home app, select the thermostat, select settings (the gear symbol), "Temperature preferences", Eco Temperatures.
Omg I never clicked the temperature presets section of that menu. Thank you.. I knew it was something stupid I was missing.
In the Nest app; you select setting (it’s top right), then select the device, then you can change the eco settings. Good luck. I don’t use the google app if that’s what you use.

Open the Nest app, go to settings. Scroll to Eco Temperatures.
If you're using the Home app, tap settings, your thermostat, Temperature Preferences.
