Searching for second job/considering leaving

So, I’m still finding my way around this app lol. It’s sort of related to Ulta but not completely. But for those employed I do need and appreciate advice if you have it on how to transition to another part time job if you haven’t worked at a company for long term (1-2+ years) I would live to apply to a second job and eventually transition into choosing one or the other, but I worry about how people say employers are leery about taking on “job hoppers”
It’s not like I’ve quit jobs within 2 days of being there or anything, but my resume doesn’t feature the type if experience that showcases long term employment at one specific company (lots of seasonal work, 6 months or less stints) I have at least 5 years work experience overall but my question is do you think I’d be in good standing to get another retail job at a place like Macy’s or Target or even a barista at Starbucks or something? I need the money and aren’t getting many hours, plus I really don’t want to be stuck here long term just for the sake of saying that I was at a company for a long time. Nor do I want to wait that long before I can get another job that actually offers more than 15 hours a week or includes a real lunch break! In all honesty, working as a spa receptionist is my dream right now 😭😂 Any so called job hoppers here?what has your experience been like, applying for multiple jobs? Lastly, any subreddits that anyone can point me to that speak on these subjects? Being employed in retail, finding jobs for ppl who move around etc. Thanks for reading my semi-rant!
