IT - Full Stack Engineer, Tokyo, Japan (90% Remote after June, before that 100% remote)

We are looking for someone to fill a Full Stack Engineer role that is currently fully remote, but will be a hybrid work environment in the future (About once a week). We are looking for people who are JavaScript focused and particularly with Nodejs. Salary is 10,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY.

Job requirements:

- At least 5 years of development experience focusing on NodeJS high-volume server applications
- At least 5 years of experience in server devOps or server development or SDET, including testing, fixing, validating and deploying web services for real users.
- At least 3 years developing Web UI for a customer-facing application
- Experience with high-availability and high-throughput service architectures
- Ability to hire and build a small, high-performing development team
- Deep understanding of at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP)

Tech you should know:

• Tools: git, unit testing, automated deploys

• Servers: Kubernetes, GCP, AWS

• Databases: PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Firebase Realtime Database

• Front-end: Javascript, React, Redux

• Stuff we use: GitHub, CircleCI, Slack, Asana, Mixpanel, Intercom, Kibana
