dog pissing on the living room floor daily

So...my "room mate"...the person who rents the second room in this house, is cool with letting HER DOG piss in the living room DAILY. She gets home before me, sort of cleans it up but not completely. I come home to smell of piss and sticky floors in the living room. She gets all defensive..AAUURRGGHH. now I am BUYING pee pads cuz she's so broke...
