Room for rent by Mayo Clinic

Looking for a female roommate. June/July 2022 move-in.

I’m a female medical professional and own a 3 bed / 2 ba home in desert ridge. I work from home and would like to live with someone who doesn’t work from home and is in the medical profession, ideally, so we have a lot in common (including our dedication to our work). I’m happy to house residents or fellows from Mayo Clinic, as I am just down the street.

I have a cat (16yo friendly orange tabby) and have a relatively stable sleep schedule. I also travel for work quite a bit and like to eat healthy and keep a clean home. I’m mostly interested in living with someone who is as drama free as I am, and wants to feel comfortable and respected where they live.

I’ll be posting pictures once I get home. I currently use the master bed and master bath. And also use one of the other bedrooms as my office. There is an spare bedroom with optional furnishings available, spare full bathroom, and plenty of shared space which includes a full kitchen, living room, dining room and an open space off the dining room currently set up as an open office /desk by the large windows. I have a simple backyard with misters and a monitored ring alarm system.
