I realised that I have phimosis 2-3 weeks before and I have been trying to pull my foreskin back since then. 
Today morning during bathing, I managed to pull it back completely! My whole glan was visible. 

But now there was another problem. 
MY FORESKIN IS STUCK UNDER THE HEAD! 

It's not coming back again to normal and my head is SUPER Sensitive. 
Please help what should I do, I can't touch my head and the Foreskin is stuck!
