Unpaid Leave question

My last day of work is this week and currently have a negative PTO balance. On my last pay period I only claimed 71 hrs of work and didn’t add PTO because I didn’t see the point in making my balance go even more in the negative if I don’t plan on staying. I notice they added 9 hours of unpaid leave to complete my 80 hours. I see my paycheck pending and I only see $60 less. Why is that? I thought I should see it lower by $150-180.
