Finally beat the game, now which weapons do I need to +24/+9 if I want to Respec?

I'm a bit of a completionist so I'm gonna farm up to Sl200 and get every item I haven't locked myself out of or needs to be farmed before I ng. That said I completed a fth playthrough so all of those weapons are maxed, same for all of the legendary armaments.

On my NG I'll probably Respec to int build initially since over never done one.

What would your top 5 weapons of your class be whether str,dex, int or arcane? I'm gonna do probably all the katanas cuz that seems meta ish, and most of the sceptres, but beyond that not sure what I should upgrade before I lose my smithing bearings. (Fromsoft why did you think that was a good idea?)
