In your original reference video the acappella is lowered 2 semi-tones. There are several ways to pitch shift audio. Typically your average pitch-shifter plugin (the type you add onto a track in your DAW for real-time processing) will generate a pretty poor result with quite a bit of artifacts. For more natural results you could try out an audio editor which would process the file "off-line". If you happen to use Logic Pro you could try the transpose function found in the inspector. When pitch shifting you can usually select from different algorithms which are aimed for different types of source material. You could switch between the different algorithms and select the one that produces the least noticeable artifacts. You will almost never get a "perfect" result when manipulating pitch, especially when a vocal is the source. Hope this helps!

what settings should the pitch shifter be at? I've played around with some pitch shifting but can't really get the same effect, especially at the part when he says "twelve-thirty flight", and the chorus. Also when I try to do it there is some "wobbling", which makes it sound unnatural.

Using [this acapella track](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jF37bHRDXjE) btw

In order to do this you would firstly need to have access to the song's instrumental and acappella version. You would then combine the two tracks in your DAW. For the acappella you would then use a pitch shifter to change the key, as well as move the acappella track in time so it's "off beat". Hope this helps!

Maybe try re-recording the song with the vocals one step out of key and off beat, like the video did?

How do I recreate this?: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwNGR792Ifk

It's seemingly only 2 settings, yet I can't find anything online on how to do this. Have tried changing pitch, but that doesn't sound nearly as funny.
