$600 budget for a medium format camera, what would you recommend?

Title pretty much sums it up. I’ve been shooting 35mm film for a few years now and would like to make the upgrade to 120mm. I have a few cameras in mind, but before I pull the trigger on one I’d like to get a few other recommendations I might have not probably thought of! Thanks :)
