What are some good beauty products for 12 hour shifts?

So i work in pharmaceuticals in 12 hour shifts and am not allowed to wear makeup. I also cannot take any personal effects to my work area. I get breaks every 5 hours so i can go to the lockers and apply whatever i need. so what are some good beauty products to keep my skin hydrated and lips from chapping during those shifts? Any good moisturizers or sheer products?
