How to skeet Hunter in one shot.

I’m a 1600h player, using machine guy mostly. And why I cannot skeet the hunter in one shot when I using the shotgun. I played shotgun for more than 400h. Some friends whose game time is much lower than me can easily skeet hunters(I can solve the hunter which straightly towards me like AI hunter by the way) Is that the screen problem? I’m using the 60hz screen.
