Shorts gotta short, longs gotta long. Sucks to be them.

I mean what else can they do as soon as this pops off on opening

I'm begging SHFs to borrow them @ 9.1% LOL

As a shareholder I approve of RC borrowing these shares and just sitting on them and doing nothing with them. Lol!

9.1% ?

I'm not entirely familiar, does this mean if the stock is trading at $100 it costs $9.10 cents to "borrow it"

When does it have to be returned, so I can sell it again? That's really the whole issue isn't it, all the synthetics never get returned and the trade closed ... But then why would anyone ever lend it for a fraction of what it's currently worth?

I'm missing something in how the full cycle of lending works for short sales, and bigger brains care to link a post or eli5?

Exponential growth has two parts, the first is very slow and the second is all at once

I’ll buy some more through computer share tomorrow. a few shares a day keeps poverty away.

Obviously there was massive short covering today to free up so many shares for loan at such a discount. /s

They can short 20k shares and investors will eat that up by lunch
