User received new laptop chrome/edge keep crashing.

Hi- I have a user who reached out to me while away from office and it seems one of my guys tried to assist with a weird issue she’s been having. Both chrome and new edge crash. Not sure what’s causing it nor have I had the time to look, just wanted to to throw something out here there in case there was an obvious thing I’m missing.
