DAE use sexual activity as a teenager to cope with home life?

NSFWTrigger Warning: CSA (Child Sexual Assualt)

Did anyone use sex as a way to escape as a teen, or also did anyone have trouble with boundaries and get sexually exploited as a result?

Sorry if this isn't the right place or way to share this..

As a young teen (13/14) I was developing and began to be noticed by men and boys. Home life was very chaotic, alcoholic/manic mother who neglected us, step father in and out, also alcoholic. I had no real guidance or support and I started to stay out of the house from morning to night, anything to escape. I was vulnerable to exploitation and maybe also because my step father had once molested me so I was already used to sexual activity = boundary violations. Also we could never express our needs or say no to my mother so all in all I didn't know how to say no.

I don't really know how to say this but basically I would have sex with different guys, always older (late teens early 20s, sometimes older) , every day more or less. I didn't enjoy it or feel anything for the guys it was just like an escape, in fact I don't remember the actual sex at all, especially now 20 years later. I lost count of how many but it was in the 10s, idk if it got to 100 but it was a lot.

One time this guy took me to his house for sex, only it wasn't his house it was the house of some guy I'd had sex with before. Then he had to "go out real quick" so the guy who's house it was came in and also had sex with me. then he passed me to his "cousin" I said no at first but it wasn't really an option. Then I wanted to go home (the first guy had driven me there and never came back) and I had no money. They called another friend to drive me home but he drove me round till I was lost then said I could either get out here or go home with him. So I went to his. I was 14. The next day I went to school.

After that I was in an abusive relationship so it stopped but then I could never say no to my ex.

At a later point in my life (early/mid 20s) I reverted back to the same coping mechanism, this time I did enjoy it but still couldn't really say no although I wasn't ever forced.

Now I'm married with a son and have worked on myself a lot and continue to, but this one point is so hard to face as it's filled with a lot of shame and I've never had the strength to bring this topic up in therapy.

Sorry if this was triggering for anyone. I was just wondering if anyone else went through something similar and how you understand this in the context of your cptsd?
