5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to setup, works well Reviewed in the United States on May 17, 2019 Verified Purchase If you occasionally have to drain water and don't want to, or can't easily do it by hand, this is your puppy. I screwed it onto a piece of scrap wood that is big enough for my drill too and used a small clamp to hold the drill trigger for continuous operation at low to moderate speed. Drill never heated up over nearly an hour of use and moved lots of water. 13 people found this helpful Helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Good product; does what it says Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2019 Verified Purchase Unlike several other drill driven water pumps I have had, this one worked exactly as described, but I would strongly encourage buyers to carefully read the user instructions, which include the recommendation to apply oil to the rotor. I used it to drain hard to beach bilge and other wet spots in a boat, and it was perfect. In hindsight I would not have purchased the soft, clear plastic 1/2" ID tubing, which can crimp easily; I would suggest jacketed or heavier tubing, and stainless steel screw clamps. Good product, though; I've got nothing bad to say about it. 4 people found this helpful Helpful

4.0 out of 5 stars Used to fill RV with 5 gallon water jugs with a Drill. Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2021 Verified Purchase Used to fill RV with 5 gallon water jugs with a Drill.
The Drill needs to be on the highest setting to work and the pump does not provide the head it claims. I need to have jugs as level as possible with what I'm filling for it to work. Won't give me 3' from the ground to the spigot. 2 people found this helpful Helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Sweet little pump Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2017 Verified Purchase Wow this pump is impressive. Overall it seems to be a well built pump it feels tight and solid feel for what it does. I think a metal housing like the larger version would make it even better. I gotta tell you I was very skeptical about it performing well but you won't be disappointed. Self primes like a champ. Plus I know quality products come from Germany. So I will give a more long-term rating after I put some hard miles on it. 17 people found this helpful Helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars I bought this to remove water from a boat hull and it works fine Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2020 Verified Purchase I found this while looking for electric water pumps that were more expensive, so I chose it to use with my battery-powered drill. However, you have to buy the tubing you want before using it. It throws out a lot of water. I tested it and it works, but have not used it on the boat yet. You don't have to prime it. It develops enough suction to pull water into the pump and out the other side. If anything disappoints, I will update this. Just make sure you determine if the head pressure is sufficient for your needs. (The distance UP that it will push the water). One person found this helpful Helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Doing great moving oily waste mix Reviewed in the United States on January 23, 2020 Verified Purchase Have a good volume of oily waste mix... motor oil / used cooking oil, etc.... needed to pump from drums into smaller containers. This is doing a great job. Pumps quickly on cordless drill, and hope it will keep on kicking for the rest of my project. So far so good. One person found this helpful Helpful

5.0 out of 5 stars Fine, powerful little pump Reviewed in the United States on August 6, 2020 Verified Purchase I have tried to use other, less expensive pumps to empty a backyard fountain and they always failed after a few minutes of use. This kept up a steady flow until the fountain was drained. It's expensive, but it works far better than any of the other drill driven pumps I've used. Helpful

2.0 out of 5 stars No suction to get the flow started. Reviewed in the United States on July 22, 2021 Verified Purchase It works ok once you put it under water and get it primed, but the unit unprimed has just about zero negative pressure. It will not even lift water 6" to prime itself. Overheats very quickly without a water flow to cool it, so do not let it run dry at all. Helpful
