Adam opens today’s show talking with Bryan and Gina about his amazing interview with Bill Maher earlier this week. Adam also tells the guys about watching a classic film with Sonny, and Natalia calling the fire department to help her get into her room. The group then talks about facing your fears, and Adam rants away for today’s installment of March Madness Madness. Dr. Steven Gundry then joins the pod to talk about the myths and truths surrounding the Keto diet. Before the break, the guys talk about all the advancements in making incredible food you don’t have to feel bad for eating.

Comedian Jessica Kirson is in studio at the top of Part 2. Adam talks about her touring and performing standup for the past two decades, as well as her love of character-based comedy. They also talk about trying to survive the era of cancel culture, Jessica’s weight loss over the years, and the realities of biorhythm wheels. In the last part of the show, Gina presents news stories about an ‘offensive’ review for the new Pixar movie ‘Turning Red’, a petition to cancel an opera about Emmett Till because it was written by a white person, and curfews in Miami during Spring Break.
