Issue installing GT7 on PS4 Pro

Ive looked everywhere online and haven't seen anyone else having this issue so I thought Id post here to see if anyone could help me figure this out. I bought a brand new copy of GT7 from gamestop yesterday but the game just will not install on PS4 for some reason. Every single time I put in the data disc to install, it'll start downloading for a few minutes and then the progress bar under the game turns into an X and I get the notification error ce-32930-7. I made sure I had enough space, I restarted the system, I tried to rebuild the database but still continued having the same issue. I tried to take the disc back to gamestop to refund it and they pretty much told me I couldn't refund it but they'd buy it off me for $30 lol. After that I took it back home and even tried to completely initialize my ps4, after it finished I tried again and got the exact same error. I thought maybe it was something with the disc reader but I threw in my copy of chivalry and it downloaded perfectly with no issues. I really have no idea what to try anymore so if anyone has any ideas for a solution I would greatly appreciate it.

Update: I ended up trying to put the data disc into another ps4 and it started to install perfectly fine. When I put the disc into my ps4 it tries to install the version 1.08 update file even after I completely erase the game from my ps4, however when I put it into a different ps4 it actually starts to install version 1.00. I have no idea how to fix this issue.
