PC Building Company with no customers

Hello Everyone,

I've had a PC building company for a while but I just started to seriously bunker down into the industry. It's meant to be a concierge 1 on 1 direct contact business. It's not huge and certainly isn't profitable. I know the margins are small, but I really want to make this work. I've been working on it since I was 12, I'm 17 now. It's fully registered with fed and local, but I just don't have impressive numbers. I see other companies treat their customers like complete garbage and are still successful. Can you guys let me know what would bring in someone looking for a custom-pc, because I'm struggling.
