Warning: manipulation and abuse of a child

WBWL Harry is broken by the Dursleys. As he did so, his magic had a devastating effort, (similar to what happens in an Obscurus but the magic is still connected to Harry.) He is found by Lady Morrisa, Head of one of the most powerful and influential Dark magical Houses in the world. Morrisa takes an interest in Harry's broken spirit. (The Avada Kedavra eyes also help.) Morrisa takes Harry with her back to her country, one of the most powerful Dark country in the world. She paid for the medical treatment to heal Harry's body. His spirit and mind, however, were different things. Morrisa manipulated Harry into making him completely dependent on her.
Harry becomes a living doll. He never shows or feels any emotions. He can sit quietly in a chair for hours without movement. Morrisa dresses him up every day if she finds the time. If she doesn't, the house-elves replace Harry's clothes with identical ones until she can dress Harry. Harry will sit through all of Morrisa's secret doings, torturing, plotting and killing, without blinking an eye.
Harry never leaves Morrisa's family manor. He is taught by tutors about non-magical subjects (creating, writing, and math) and magical theory. Morrisa didn't see the point in him learning active magic. He would never leave the manor if she had anything to say (and she had a lot to say!) The only thing that Harry was really a master in was herbology and magical beasts. Morrisa let him continue his studies because she thought it nice for Harry to have something to occur himself when she was away. Plants and animals weren't dangerous and won't harm her doll. (Morrisa really didn't have a concept of dangerous magical beasts. Good thing Harry is a natural with plants and animals.)
Morrisa's country doesn't care that much about Harry's fate. (THey blame Britain for its incompetence to protect its magical children after Morrisa tells them how she finds Harry.)Morrisa is a powerful Dark witch from a House famed for its Dark magic and twisted minds. Keeping a wizard as ward pet was hardly the worst thing her family had done. It was actually pretty tame, especially since Harry was physically healthy. (Morrisa let his health records be leaked to show that she wasn't raping or abusing him.) Besides, since she got him, she had been much less malicious and scheming, (not to mention being less of an asshole for petty reasons.)
Morrisa's children (all adults) couldn't care less. Morrisa had been a distinct mother, because of her personality. She was well aware that her methods and behavior weren't suitable for children, so she had them raised by a nanny and only interacted with them every now and then. Even in adulthood, that hadn't changed. If anything, the relationship is even more distinct since her children had lives of their own. After Morrisa acquired Harry, Morrisa actually managed to be more caring, even loving so her children were happy with Harry.
Morrisa's husband didn't care about his wife's living doll. He just saw it as part of her behavior. He had overlooked worse things. Morrisa's husband was more of a brother to her. He had no interest in marriage, but because of his family's nagging, he had to. He was already friends with Morrisa, so he proposed they marry for convenience. He won't try and control Morrisa or her House. In exchange, Morrisa will finance his potions mastery and research. Morrisa accepts his proposal. Besides, with Harry's talent in Herbology and Magical Beasts, he was never short on potions ingredients.
How would the Light react when they find the state Harry is in, especially when Harry has no interest in changing his life? How would Morrisa retaliate?
