Instagram Hacked..

Hey, so my Instagram got hacked a couple of months ago and I’ve been attempting to get back into it. I deleted it for 3 days to see if that would help because i’ve seen that method a few times. The issue is that now whenever I choose the “try another way” option, I always get sent to the ‘help center’ page. so I can’t even try any of the methods to get back into it.

Is there a way I can get to the verification method where I send a photo of myself with a code they sent?

All of my information has been changed along with a duo-authentication being set up. My facebook is not connected unfortunately either. What can I do?
