Lost interest in the game after exploring everything?

I've got about 40 hours into Elden Ring right now, but I've completely lost interest in playing it anymore.

I've explored everything that can be reached (including a few areas I think I wasn't supposed to) and am level 61 but I never beat Margit despite spending a whole weekend on him.

Is there still even any more game level after beating him? I only really enjoyed the exploration aspect of the game actually fighting bosses hasn't been fun for me.
