Is tp in xaero's world map suppose to be on?

Hi guys, sorry I tried searching in the subreddit but didn't find anyone talking about this, can anyone confirm whether the aero's world map tp suppose to be on (available)? I used it a couple times until I feel like I am cheating... if it's supposed to be on, then I'll feel much better about it, but if not, can someone tell me how to turn it off? Or I'll just stop using it. Thanks in advance!
