I’m Ace and it can be confusing! How do you recognize something that isn’t there? Personally I’ve never gotten any romantic crushes on anyone, more like friend crushes. 
Where allosexual folks will think “I want to have sex with that person” I’ll think “man I want to be that persons friend so much!”  I’m on the sex repulsed side of ace though, which maybe answers a few questions I had as a kid lol 

Honestly, just try to identify what about these folks you were/are attracted to. 

Can you imagine yourself having sex with them? And maybe you were feeling romantic attraction instead of sexual?  Maybe demisexual might be a label that fits you better ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Honesty there are so many labels, and no easy way to find the one that fits you. It’s just something you need to think on, and maybe experiment with-willing partners only of course 😉

For a while I have suspected I am AroAce. Now I’m unsure. I’ve had feelings for a couple people(nothing has turned into a relationship). 
     I don’t know if im Ace, Pan, Lesbian, Straight; I really don’t know, and half the time I don’t know who I have feelings for. Any advice?

Edit: Part of my problem is internalized homophobia
I think if Im trans that means I’m attracted to males if im cis that means im attracted to females, just because of internalizing homophobia. 
     Anytime this subject comes up I think of the “plug and extension cord analogy” which ignore all other factors in a relationship. This clouds my judgement on who I am actually attracted to. Any advice is welcome.
